Social Media for Occupational Therapists. Online Course

Coming Soon

Description

This course on social media for OTs will help occupational therapists define a social media strategy for their practice, so social media works for you and you don’t end up working for social media!

This course is now closed.  Please contact me and let me know if you would like to go on the waiting list for the next course.

The course will enable you to:

  1. Apply the principles discussed to identify on which social media channels you need to have a presence;
  2. Be clear about the interface between us as occupational therapy professions and the chaotic world of social media;
  3. Come out with a clear social media strategy: what you do and don’t need;
  4. Identify the frequency with which you need to post;
  5. Learn some tricks and strategies to take control of the posting treadmill so you don’t get left feeling you are always on the back foot and dropping the social media ball;
  6. Know when getting likes and comments matters and when it doesn’t;
  7. Be in control of your social media presence and not the other way round;
  8. Apply the strategies so you spend less time worrying about what you should be doing, as well as less time actually doing it;
  9. Identify how much time you need to spend on content generation;
  10. No more shooting in the dark!
